Hope, everyone is keeping well.

COVID-19 pandemichas brought industry as well as business to standstill. The situation has been very challenging for the textile industry including the MMF textile segment. However, it is urgent to be updated with information on all fronts including the Taxcompliances.

This Council is holding a Webinar on GST issues on Friday, 29 May 2020 from 12.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. IST through Zoom Meeting Application,covering the following issues: 

1. Compliance Updates - Extension of due dates for filing of Returns, issue if E-way bill & assessment under GST
2.  Latest Notifications & Circulars on GST Refund issues
3. Recent rulings and updates on:

• Taxability of Director's Remuneration
• Revision of GSTR-3B
• Transitional Provision u/s 140 of CGST ACT- retrospective amendment
