Sub: CBIC extends the due date for furnishing FORM GSTR-3B, Jan-March, 2020 returns for the taxpayers registered in Ladakh
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 42/2020 – Central Tax dated 5th May, 2020 notifying revised due dates for furnishing monthly returns in Form GSTR-3B for each of the months from November, 2019 to March, 2020 for registered persons whose principal place of business is in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh. This notification shall be deemed to come into force w.e.f. 24th March, 2020.
GSTR 3B due dates for Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh have been extended as follows:
