As you are aware, India-EFTA TPA are effective from 1st October 2025.
In this regard, Office of the DGFT vide Trade Notice No. 13/2025-2026 dated September 30th, 2025 have notified the procedure for electronic filing of Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) under this trade Agreement.
