Sub: Suggestions on GST Rates/Procedure/Documentation
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Government is in the process of introducing the next version of GST i.e. GST 2.0. The existing GST Rates, Procedural issues, Inverted Duty Structure etc are being reviewed for inclusion in GST 2.0
In this regard, Government has sought suggestions from the Council.
We would request you to kindly send us your suggestions at the earliest on the email id- ed@matexil.org.
Your suggestions may include the following:
- GST Rates
- Inverted Duty Structure
- Input Tax Credit on Capital Goods
- Refund of Accumulated Input Tax Credit in the case of Inverted Duty Structure
- Procedural/Compliance Issues
- Any other area related to GST
