Sub: Invitation to Participate at Heimtextil 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany to be held from 13th to 16th January, 2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing the participation of Indian Companies at Heimtextil 2026 to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from 13th to 16th January, 2026.
About Heimtextil:
Since 1971, Heimtextil has now been the world’s largest Fiber, Yarn and Home Textiles Exhibition. The show witnesses about 50,000 visitors from 136 countries and about 3,000 exhibitors Yarn, Fibres and Home Textiles products. Over 560 Indian companies participated at Heimtextil 2025. The show provides access to a large number of pre-qualified visitors and a direct line to market, all under one roof.
In 2026, Heimtextil will add Flooring & its Equipment to its range to offer solutions for the entire textile and non-textile interior design sector.

Profile of visitors includes buyers, importers, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers & retail consumer and also High volume visitors from interior, architecture and hospitality sector. Enclosed please find the “List of key Buyers” (Click to Open / Download) visited the Heimtextil 2025.
Participation Fees:
We are pleased to offer you participation fees for an Octanorm Booth with standard accessories as follows:
1. For 9 sq. m. - Rs. 4,45,500 + 18% GST
2. For 12 sq. m. - Rs. 5,64,000 + 18% GST
3. For 18 sq. m. – Rs. 8,01,000 + 18% GST

The participation package includes a Cost includes exhibition space with Octanorm walls, basic electricity as per area taken, furniture as per entitlement, advertising & promotion activities.
Important Note:
The Council has applied for Financial Assistance under the MAI scheme. However, like many other EPCs, the Council has still not received any Approval. If the above exhibition gets approved under MAI, the Council will provide suitable re-imbursements to the participants.
Application for Participation:
Exporters registered with MATEXIL (formerly SRTEPC) or other Textiles EPCs can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above event are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council”, Mumbai. The participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the bank details given below:

Withdrawal & Refund of Participation Fee :
Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal / No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited. Considering the limited availability of space, we look forward to receiving your confirmation as early as possible.
