Sub: Clarification on the RoDTEP Rates for Manmade Fiber Textiles and Technical Textiles
Dear Sir/Madam,
This to inform you that the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has recently issued the following two Notifications under the RoDTEP Scheme:
Notification No. 10/2025-26 dated 26 May 2025
– Alignment of RoDTEP Schedule consequent to changes in the First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, effective from 01.05.2025.
Notification No. 11/2025-26 dated 26 May 2025
– Restoration of RoDTEP benefits for Advance Authorisation (AA) holders, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), and Export-Oriented Units (EOUs), effective from 01.06.2025.
In light of the above, several Members of the Council have sought clarification regarding any changes in the existing RoDTEP rates applicable to Manmade Fiber Textiles and Technical Textiles.
We would like to clarify that there are no changes in the RoDTEP rates, and the existing rates as notified on 10.10.2024 continue to remain valid.
