Sub: Invitation to Foreign Buyers to visit BHARAT TEX 2025 from February 14 to 17, 2025 in New Delhi
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are glad to inform you that our Council will be participating in “Bharat Tex 2025” which will be held from 14 to 17 February 2025. “Bharat Tex 2025” that covers the entire value chain of Textiles & Clothing, is now being recognized as the World’s Largest Textiles Exhibition.
Many of our Members have already confirmed their participation in “Bharat Tex 2025” as Exhibitors in large numbers.
At the outset, we are thankful to all those Members who have confirmed their participation as Exhibitors in “Bharat Tex 2025”.
Invitation to Foreign Buyers
We are inviting Foreign Buyers to visit “Bharat Tex 2025”. Foreign Buyers will be provided with the following facilities:
- Complimentary Hotel Accommodation & Breakfast in a 5-Star Business Class hotel for 4 nights in New Delhi (Check-in: February 13, 2025 & Check out: February 17, 2025).
- Free Wi-Fi at the Hotel and Venue.
- Airport Pick-up & drop.
- Transportation arrangement from Hotel to Venue during the event.
- Lunch at the venue during all days of the Fair.
- One complimentary Gala Dinner at the hotel of your stay.
- Sightseeing (Subject to availability of time).
