Sub: Invitation to Participate at Heimtextil 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany from 14th to 17th January, 2025
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing the participation of Indian companies at Heimtextil 2025 to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from 14th to 17th January 2025.
About Heimtextil 2025:
Heimtextil has been taking place at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Centre annually since 1971. Since then, Heimtextil is the industry's most important global event for interior textiles, design and trends. The show witnesses about 50,000 visitors and about 2,800 exhibitors making it one of the largest Exhibitions for Yarn, Fibres and Home Textiles products. The Indian companies will have access to a large number of pre-qualified visitors and a direct line to market, all under one roof.

Profile of visitors includes buyers, importers, manufacturers, traders, distributors, wholesalers & retail consumer and also High volume visitors from interior, architecture and hospitality sector.
Participation Fees:
We are pleased to offer you subsidized participation fees for Shell Scheme Booth with standard accessories. which is as follows:
1. For 9 sqm - Rs. 2.70 Lakhs + 18% GST
2. For 12 sqm - Rs.3.90 lakhs +18%GST
The Application Form is enclosed herewith (Click to Open).
The participation package includes a maxima booth with surrounding partitions, 1.5 KW outlet and electricity daily consumption, spotlight, fascia, 1 counter, 1 wastebasket, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 wall hanger and carpeted floor. All extra furniture/ extra services apart from the above booth package will carry an extra charge.
The event is covered under Market Access Initiative (MAI) of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India subject to the fulfilment of the prescribed conditions.
Further, eligible exporters under MAI guidelines will be re-imbursed with airfare of Rs. 90,000/- (Economy Class Air Travel) or actual (whichever is lower) or a lump sum amount subject to the final approval from the Ministry. A copy of relevant extracts of MAI guidelines is enclosed herewith (refer Annexure A Click to Open).
Germany – India Trade Scenario
· India’s Exports of MMF Textiles to Germany reached US$ 190 million in the year 2022.
· Germany’s Imports of MMF Textiles from the World stood at US$ 9.2 billion in the year 2022.
· Hence, there is good scope to increase exports of MMF and Home Textiles from India to Germany.
Application for Participation
Exporters registered with MATEXIL (formerly SRTEPC) or other Textiles EPCs can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above event are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form” with participation fees including 18% GST of Rs.3,18,600 for 9 sqm booth and Rs.4,60,200 for 12 sqm booth by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council”, Mumbai. The participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS / NEFT transfer based on the bank details given below:
Withdrawal & Refund of Participation Fees:
Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal /No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited.
