Please refer to the Council’s Circular dated 20th August 2024 for its participation in Global Sourcing Expo in Melbourne, Australia from 19 to 21 November 2024.
In this regard, we are glad to inform you that we have reduced the participation fee from Rs.3.90 Lakhs to Rs.1.65 Lakhs under MAI Scheme.

Dear Member,
The Council propose to organize participation of its members at Global Sourcing Expo scheduled to be held in Australia from 19 to 21 November, 2024.
About Global Sourcing Expo :
Australia’s dedicated global sourcing trade show is held twice a year with expos in both Sydney and Melbourne. Having the show in the two leading cities of Australia provides enhanced opportunities for companies and exporters in Fabrics, Apparel, Footwear, and homewares to reach their targeted trade buying audience.
Global Sourcing Expos in Melbourne provide a dedicated show platform to connect global manufacturers, producers, service providers and fashion labels with trade buyers and industry professionals from Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

Participation Fees/Support under MAI Scheme
Please note that Participation Fees of Rs.3.90 Lakhs for a booth of 9 sqm is the Commercial Rate (without any financial support under MAI Scheme). The Council has submitted the MAI proposal for participation in the above event under the MAI Scheme. However, approval is still awaited. We have charged participation fees at Commercial Rate pending approval under MAI Scheme. If the Council gets approval under the MAI Scheme, a suitable amount will be refunded to the participants.

Booth Package : Wall-2.5 m high white melamine in fill panels, 1 Fascia Board, 1 electrical outlet, 3 track lights, 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 lockable cupboard, 1 waste bin.

Visa : MATEXIL (formerly SRTEPC) will issue the Visa Recommendation Letter to the participants (only two participants per company)
Cancellation Policy :
Members may please note that in case of withdrawal of participation, full participation fees will be forfeited (whatsoever may be the reason).
Application for participation :
For participation, please send us duly filled in an Application Form (Click To Open) along with the full participation fee by Cheque / DD to be drawn in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai”. Participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the below Bank details :
