Dear Sir/Madam,
As you are aware that the Government has assigned the role of Export Promotion of Technical Textiles to our Council, we are pleased to inform you that as a part of its Action Plan to Increase exports, the Council is organizing a Master Class on “High Performance Fibres and their Applications” on Hybrid Mode.
Details are as follows:
Date: August 23, 2024
Time: 3 to 4 p.m.
Venue: 1st Floor, Resham Bhavan, 78, Veer Nariman Road, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020
Dr. Nandan Kumar, Managing Director, High Performance Textiles Pvt Ltd will be the Keynote Speaker of the Master Class.
The Master Class will provide an opportunity to have greater insights into the various High-Performance Fibre, their production process, technology used, their applications and export markets along with advisory to increase Exports.
About the Speaker
Dr. Nandan Kumar has over twenty years of experience in the field of Technical Textiles. He did his MSc and PhD from the University of Leeds, U.K. His company, High Performance Textiles Pvt Ltd, is a government recognised ‘One Star Export House’ and specialises in the spinning of technical composite yarns using p-aramid, m-aramid, modacrylic, UHMWPE, FR Nylon, FR viscose, stainless steel and other high-performance fibres using innovative spinning technologies.
Q & A Session
There will be a Question & Answers session during which the members can seek clarification on any issues related to exports. The members can also put forth their suggestions on any aspect related to Exports and Imports of Technical Textiles.
The Master Class is being conducted by the Council free of cost for its Members.
