Sub: Invitation to participate in Vietnam International Textile & Apparel Accessories in HCMC, Vietnam
We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing participation of its member-companies in Vietnam International Textile & Apparel Accessories in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 25 to 28 September, 2024. The Vietnam International Textile & Apparel Accessories is concurrently held with Vietnam International Textile & Garment Industry Exhibition. The participation of Indian companies in the above Exhibition is organized in association with Embassy of India in Hanoi & Consulate General of India in HCMC

Participation Fees/Support under MAI Scheme
Please note that Participation Fees of Rs.2.40 Lakhs for a booth of 9 sqm is the Commercial Rate (without any financial support under MAI Scheme). The Council has submitted the MAI proposal for participation in the above event under the MAI Scheme. However, approval is still awaited. We have charged participation fees at Commercial Rate pending approval under MAI Scheme. If the Council gets approval under the MAI Scheme, a suitable amount will be refunded to the participants.

Publicity & Promotion :
The event will be publicized extensively by the Organizers of the Show in Vietnam. The Council will also publicize the Fair suitably through a separate Exhibitors Catalogue, social media, sending invites to relevant textile importers in Vietnam and coordinate with the Indian Missions in Vietnam to promote the event to the leading importers of textiles & clothing, among other publicity measures.
Visa: Though participants will have to obtain their visa on their own, the Council shall, however, facilitate their efforts to get Vietnamese Visa with the help of the Indian Missions in Vietnam.

For participation, please send us duly filled in an Application Form (Click to Open) along with the participation fee of Rs.2.40 Lakhs by Cheque / DD to be drawn in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai”. Participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the below Bank details :

Members may please note that in case of withdrawal of participation, full participation fees will be forfeited (whatsoever may be the reason).
