Exemptions from Quality Control Orders (QCOs) for Advance Authorization holders / EOUs / SEZ

Dear Sir/Madam,

Inputs that are covered under QCOs and falling under the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, have been exempted from the enforcement of mandatory QCO requirements when imported against Advance Authorizations and by EOUs and SEZ. This exemption have been granted vide Notification No. 16/2024-25 and Public Notice No. 10/2024-25 both dated June 6, 2024 issued by DGFT - copies enclosed (Click to Open 1. Notice No. 10/2024-25 & 2.Notification No. 16/2024-25).
