Sub : Invitation to participate at Sourcing at MAGIC in USA during August 2024
Dear Member,
The Council propose to organize participation of its members at Sourcing at MAGIC in Las Vegas, USA from 19 to 21 August 2024.
About Sourcing at MAGIC, USA
Sourcing at Magic is the world's largest Fabrics, Home Textiles, Apparels, Accessories & Footwear Trade Show in North America. More than 1100 Exhibitors from 80 Countries regularly participate in the Event and more than 10,600 top notch buyers visit the Show.
Details of the Exhibition are as follows:
Name of the Exhibition: Sourcing at MAGIC
Dates: 19, 20, 21 August 2024
Venue: Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
Product Profiles: Fabrics & Trims, Home Textiles, Apparels, Accessories & Footwears etc.
Participation fees: Rs.4.50 Lakhs for a booth of 9 sqm
Booth Package: 3 side wall, carpet, Fascia Board, 1 table, 3 Chairs, 6 lights, 1 Power point socket, Rods OR Shelves, 1 Dustbin.
All extra furniture/ extra services apart from the above booth package will carry an extra charge.
The event is covered under Market Access Initiatives (MAI) of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India subject to the fulfilment of the prescribed conditions. The above amount is a subsidized participation fees for a booth of 9 sqm with standard accessories. Further, eligible exporters under MAI guidelines will be re-imbursed airfare of Rs.1,50,000/- (Economy class air travel) or actual (whichever is lower) or a lumpsum amount subject to the final approval from the Ministry. For participation, please send us duly filled in an Application Form along with the full participation fee by Cheque / DD to be drawn in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai”. Members may please note that in case of withdrawal of participation, full participation fees will be forfeited (whatsoever may be the reason).
