Sub: Invitation to participate at The Hotel Show (INDEX DUBAI) in UAE from 4 to 6 June 2024

Dear Member,

We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing the participation of Indian companies at the Hotel Show (INDEX) in Dubai, UAE from 4 to 6 June 2024. The participation of Indian companies at the above show is supported by Ministry of Commerce & Industry under the MAI Scheme of Govt. of India.

About The Hotel Show (INDEX DUBAI) :

For over 20 years, the Show has been the perfect gateway for global suppliers of hospitality products and services to connect, network and do business. The Indian companies will have access to a large number of pre-qualified visitors and a direct line to market, all under one roof.

Event details are as under:

Venue : Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Centre 2, Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE

Timing : 10 am to 6 pm

Product Profiles : Home Textiles (Interior Design & Fit outs)

Participation Fees :
Rs. 2.95 Lakhs for a raw space of 9 sqm
Rs.4.40 Lakhs for a booth of 9 sqm (under shell scheme-wooden structure)

Booth Package under Shell Scheme : 1 Lockable Counter, 1 Bar Stool, 3 Wooden Shelves, 1 Wooden Round table, 3 Fiber Chair, 3 Arm Lights, 1 Dustbin, Carpet and Fascia Board.

Number of participants under MAI scheme : 20

Last Date for accepting Application Form : 10^th May, 2024

India’s Exports of Home Textiles to UAE for the year 2023

India’s exports (MMF Textiles) to Dubai during April March 2023-24 stood around US$ 330 million of which around US$ 20 million were Home Textiles (of MMF).

Total Indian Home Textiles (MMF and natural fibres) exports to UAE during April March 2023-24 stood around US$ 70 million.

Application for participation

Exporters registered with MATEXIL (FORMERLY SRTEPC) and other Textiles EPCs can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above event are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council”, Mumbai. The participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the bank details given below. Participation will be accepted on “First-Come-First-Served” basis with full payment.
