Dear Members,

We are glad to inform you that Council is organizing participation of Indian companies at Texworld Paris in France from 5 to 7 February, 2024.  The participation of Indian companies at Texworld Paris is part funded by Ministry of Commerce & Industry under the MAI Scheme of Govt. of India.

Why to Exhibit at Texworld Evolution Paris?

• Texworld Evolution Paris is a fashion sourcing event that brings together 14,500 professional buyers from 127 countries every year.
• 68% of buyers are European - Top 10 countries: France, UK, Spain, Italy, Türkiye, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, USA, Brazil.
• 88% of buyers are decision-makers in R&D, Design, Production / Quality, Purchasing, Marketing / Communication, Sales / Export, Retailers.
• 77% of buyers visit the show to meet new suppliers, 85% to make business contacts and 80% to make purchasing decisions.

Texworld Paris :

Ready-to-wear brands, top range fashion brand, fast retail, bridal, evening, independent designers, raw materials buyers, trends bureaux, trading companies, agents, creative studios, buying offices, sales representatives.

Apparel Sourcing :

Clothing and Accessories brands, Garment Retailers and Wholesalers, Mail-order, Large-scale retailing, Chain Stores, Department Stores, Trading Companies, Agents, Designers, Buying Offices, Sales Representatives.

Minimum Number of participants: 10 member companies under MAI Scheme on FCFS basis

Participation Fees:

• Texworld Paris : Rs.7.80 Lakhs for a furnished booth of 12 sqm.
• Apparel Sourcing : Rs.4.90 Lakhs for a furnished booth of 9 sqm.

(10% will be extra on actual cost of Organizer for corner booth.)

Booth package :

• Texworld Paris : 1 Table, 4 chairs, 5 lights, 5 Rods or Shelves, 1 socket, 1 Fascia board, 1 dustbin.
• Apparel Sourcing: 1 table, 3 chairs, 3 lights, 3 Rods, 1 Socket, 1 Fascia board,  1 low cupboard, 1 dustbin.

Additional furniture/equipment & power will be available at an additional cost.

Allocation of booth : Allocation of booth will be done as per the product profiles of exhibitors in the respective halls on FCFS basis.

Visa: Though participants will have to obtain their visa on their own, the Council shall, however, facilitate their efforts to get Visa with the help of the Organizer of the Show.

Participation in Texworld Paris / Apparel Sourcing :

The first-time participating companies in Texworld Paris / Apparel Sourcing need to go through Selection Process held by Art Directors in Paris.

Apply for participation:

Exporters registered with SRTEPC and other Textile EPC’s can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above events are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form (click to open)” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai. Participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the Bank details mentioned below.   Participation will be accepted on “First-come-First served “ basis.

Withdrawal & Refund of Participation Fee :
Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal /No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited.
