Sub: External Payment Arrangements - Rupee Payments
The Committee for External Payment Arrangements, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) will be holding a meeting under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Economic Relations, MEA to review the Rupee Payment Mechanism for international trade settlements. The Ministry has sought inputs from the Council in this regard.
In view of the above, we would request you to please send us your valuable suggestions / feedbacks on the Rupee Payment Mechanism that has been made operational in the case of exports to countries like Russia, Iran, Sri Lanka, etc. on the Email ID ed@srtepc.in with CC to baruah@srtepc.in positively by 5.00 p.m. tomorrow (16.06. 2023) so that a consolidated proposal can be sent to the Ministry.
We solicit your support and cooperation in the matter and look forward towards receiving your inputs at the earliest.
