Dear Member

We are pleased to inform you that SRTEPC will be participating in Techtextil North America scheduled to be held in Atlanta, USA from May 10-12, 2023.

The Council’s participation in the above show is supported by the MOC, Govt. of India under the MAI Scheme.

Details of the Event are as follows:

About Techtextil North America:
Techtextil North America, North America‘s only dedicated event for technical textiles and nonwovens, assembles all vertical aspects of the technical textile industry: from research and development, through raw materials and production processes and finally ending in conversion, further treatment, and recycling.

Product Profiles:
Fiber & Yarns, Woven Fabrics, Knitted Fabrics, Non-Wovens, Coated Textiles, Vancas products, Research, Development, Planning, consulting, Technology Machinery Accessories, Composites, Bondtec, Functional Apparel Textiles, Publications etc.

Participation fee:
Rs.2.80 lakhs for a stall of one-sided open booth of 9.3 sqm (100 sq.ft) (subsidized rate) Corner booth will be available with an additional cost.

Please note that the participation fee is subsidized as per the MAI grant, but does not include airfare, hotel accommodation, transportation etc.

Booth Package:
Stall of 9.3 sqm will include PVC Wall, 1 Round table, 3 Chairs, 3 Shelves, 1 Waste Paper basket, and carpet.
All the above furnitures will be provided based on the local availabilities. Any extra costs for additional requirements will have to be borne by participants on the basis of actual costs, which will be charged by the Organizers.

Financial Assistance under MAI Scheme:

Participants eligible under the MAI scheme will be provided with the following:

Subsidiarized participation fee
Re-imbursement of costs of 2-way airfares, subject to the fulfillment of prescribed conditions. The reimbursement of cost of economy class airfare to eligible participants will be limited with a maximum ceiling of Rs.1.25 Lakhs, subject to approval of MOC under MAI Scheme.

A copy of relevant extracts of the MAI Guidelines is enclosed herewith for your information & guidance.

Terms & Conditions:

MAI subsidized booth is available only on “One company-one booth” based principle. This will mean, one member-company can get only one booth with subsidized participation fees. But participants will be absolutely free to book any number of booths of their choice at market cost of the same, which is payable to the Organizers.
Participants will have to obtain their visa on their own, though the Council will facilitate their efforts by arranging SRTEPC Recommendatory Letters and “Note Verbal” from the concerned Indian Embassy.

Technical Textile Market in the US:

USA is the largest market of Technical Textiles in the world with an import value of US$ 27.3 Bn. in the year 2021.
India has 4% of the market share in total imports of USA.
India’s exports of Technical Textiles to USA have reached US$ 1.1 Bn. in the year 2021.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation of participation will be decided on the following:

80% Cancellation charge, if participation is withdrawn on or before 11^th March 2023
No refund will be available if participation is withdrawn on any date thereafter.
