Sub: Interactive meeting scheduled on 2nd February, 2023 at 3 PM regarding logistics challenges in India-Russia Trade.
Dear Member,
As you may be aware, most of the major shipping lines are currently not operating for Russia. Therefore, the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) (India-Iran-Russia route) becomes more critical to India-Russia trade in current times. India is operating a container terminal at Chabahar port in Iran and a lot of efforts are being made to promote India-Russia Trade through INSTC to bring down the logistics cost as well as time. However, the current trade through this route is much below the potential.
We are glad to inform you the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is organizing an Interactive Meeting (Physical & Virtual both) with the Aide of President of Russian Federation H E Mr Igor Levitin to discuss on logistics challenges in India-Russia trade as per the below details:
