Sub : Relief in Average Export Obligation in terms of the Para 5.19 of Hand Book of Procedures (HBP) of FTP 2015-20
Dear Member,
DGFT has issued Policy Circular No.44/2015-20 dated 17/11/2022 to provide relief in the Average Export Obligation under the EPCG scheme for those products that has witnessed a decline in exports in 2021-22 as compared to 2020-21. A list of such products have been attached alongwith the Circular (click to download).
The Regional offices of DGFT will re-fix the Annual Average Export Obligations accordingly for EPCG Authorizations for the year 2021-22.
