Sub: Exports Benefits against Rupee payment   

Dear Member,             

DGFT has issued Notification No. 43/2015-20 dated 9^th November, 2022  to permit exports benefits/fulfilment of Export Obligations under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 for export proceeds realized in Indian Rupees.
