Re: Invitation to participate in HEIMTEXTIL IN GERMANY during January 2023

Dear Members,

We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing participation of its member-companies in HEIMTEXTIL in Germany from 10 to 13 January 2023 in association with Indian Missions in Germany.  The participation of Indian companies in HEIMTEXTIL is supported by Ministries of Textiles/Commerce & Industry under the MAI Scheme of Govt. of India.

About Heimtextil: Heimtextil is the industry's most important global event for interior textiles, interior design and interior trends. With its new products and trends, it kicks off the upcoming season and gives important impulses to both exhibiting companies as professional visitors from all over the world.

The highlights of SRTEPC’s participation in European Hall of Heimtextil 2023 are as follows:

Publicity & Promotion: The event will be publicized extensively by Organizers of the renowned International Fair in Germany. The Council will also publicize the Fair suitably by sending invites to relevant textile importers in Germany, social media, and coordinate with the Indian Embassy to promote the event to the leading importers of textiles etc.

Financial Grant: 

1. As SRTEPC is organizing participation of member-companies in HEIMTEXTIL under the MAI Scheme of Govt, all eligible participating companies have been offered MAI subsidy for reduced amount of participation charge as above, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.
2. SRTEPC will provide to all eligible participants re-imbursement of costs of 2-way airfares, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.  The reimbursement of cost of economy class airfare to eligible participants will be limited with a maximum ceiling of Rs.75000/- subject to approval of MOC under MAI Scheme.

Apply for participation: Exporters registered with SRTEPC can apply for participation. Manufacturers of Yarn & Fibre members can participate in the specific hall no. 4.0 in European Hall.  Interested exporters are requested to send their duly filled in “Quick Reply Form (Online)” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai. Participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the Bank details mentioned below.   Participation will be accepted on “First-come-First served “basis.
