Sub: Export Potential in Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua
Greetings of the Day.
It is to inform that this Council has received a communication from the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, regarding export potential in Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
We are glad to inform that the Embassy of India, Panama has suggested export potential in select Textiles segments in its Commercial Report, April 2022. A tabulated statement containing export potential in Textile segments along with rationale in respect of Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua is annexed for ready reference.
Member-exporters dealing with these segments may explore the emerging opportunity and take advantage by exporting from India to these countries so that India’s exports could be enhanced.
