Sub: Withdrawal of Public Notice No-92/2021 reg. Utilisation of MEIS scrip for import in absence of mandatory recording of transfer details facility on DGFT Website 

Dear Member,        

This is to inform you that JNCH (Nhava Sheva) has issued Public Notice No. 40/2022 – 23 dated 4^th July, 2022 on the above subject. 

Your kind attention is invited to DGFT’s Trade Notice No. 1/2022-23 dated 11^th April, 2022 regarding operationalization of Scrip Transfer Recording Module. 

Now, DGFT has decided to re-operationalise the IT Module which was put in place through Trade Notice No. 42 dated 11^th January, 2019 and Trade Notice No. 3 dated 3^rd April, 2019 with additional features/limitations. 

In view of Trade Notice No. 1/2022-23 dated 11^th April, 2022, JNCH’s Public Notice No. 92/2021 dated 1^st November, 2021 is withdrawn.
