Dear Member,       

This is to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 39/2022-Customs (N.T.) dated 30^th April, 2022 informing about the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between India and the United Arab Emirates) Rules, 2022. They shall come into force on the 1^st day of May, 2022. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
