O/o DGFT has issued Public Notice No. 5/2015-20 dated 29^th April, 2022 by making amendments in Appendix 2B [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (CoO) (Preferential)] of the FTP by including the list of authorised agencies allowed to issue CoO for India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
