List of the Firms who have not claimed ROSCTL Benefits

Sub:  List of the Firms who have not claimed ROSCTL Benefits 

Dear Member,   

The Council has received a communication from the O/o DGFT informing that a large number of exporters have still not submitted their online claims under ROSCTL and many ROSCTL shipping bills remain unutilized and unclaimed. 

In this regard, a list of firms has been taken out by the DGFT system under whose names there are unclaimed shipping bills as per electronic database at DGFT (list attached). 

Please note the following: 

• Applications for rebate under ROSCTL Scheme for exports made between 07^th March, 2019 to 31^st December, 2020 are required to be made at the DGFT portal under provisions as under Notification No. 58 dated 29^th January, 2020. 

• Vide Notification No. 53 dated 01^st February, 2022, the deadline for submission of all ROSCTL applications has been extended till 28^th February, 2022. 

• ROSCTL claim does not require submission of any other document or e-BRC and the applicant exporter is just required to log in and submit an application by attaching relevant shipping bills. 

O/o DGFT has requested the firms (given in the list) to submit claims well within the deadline i.e. 28^th February, 2022, failing which such firms might lose out on claims for such shipping bills forever. 

Members concerned may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful immediately.
