Sub:  Operational Guidelines For Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme For Textiles Finalized

Dear Member, 

As you are aware, the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Textiles had been notified by the Government of India vide Gazette Notification No. 12015/03/2020-IT dated 24^th September, 2021  for promotion of MMF Apparel, MMF Fabrics and Products of Technical Textiles.     

Now, we are pleased to inform you that the Operational Guidelines has been finalised and uploaded at http://texmin.nic.in/services/operational-guidelines-production-linked-incentive-pli-scheme-textiles-promoting-mmf-and. 

Please note that the Ministry of Textiles will accept online applications under the PLI Scheme for Textiles w.e.f.  1^st January, 2022 through PLI portal https://pli.texmin.gov.in/mainapp/Default. The application window will remain open from 1^st January, 2022 to 31^st January, 2022. In this regard, the Ministry of Textiles has issued a Press Release dated 28^th December, 2021.  

Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful at the earliest.
