Sub: CBIC seeks to further amend Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 to introduce Anti-Absorption provisions in these rules
Dear Member,
CBIC has issued Notification No. 83/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 27th October, 2021 by making further amendments in the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.
These regulations may be called the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Second Amendment Rules, 2021, and these rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
