Dear Member, 

CBIC has issued Notification No. 85/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 27^th October, 2021 by making further amendments in the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010. 

These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing), Amendment, Regulations, 2021, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 

Members may kindly make a note of the above.
