Refund of Drawback Amounts on account of wrong/insufficient particulars of the Exporters

Sub: Refund of Drawback Amounts on account of wrong/insufficient particulars of the Exporters 

Dear Member, 

Air Cargo Complex (Sahar) has issued a Public Notice No. 47/2021 dated 17^th August, 2021 on the above subject.

ACC has informed that the following Drawback (EDI) Scrolls have been returned by the State Bank of India, International Air Cargo Complex Branch, Sahar, Mumbai since the accounts have been closed or on account of other discrepancies as per the list annexed to Public Notice No. 47/2021.

In view of the above, ACC has requested all concerned exporters and their CHAs to take note of the pending drawback amounts and sort out the discrepancies in co-ordination with SBI, ACC Branch, Mumbai and update their bank account details with the EDI Section, ACC, Mumbai.

Members may kindly make a note of the above and do the needful as advised by ACC.
