Subject: Invitation to Participate at “Techtextil Frankfurt 2026” in Germany from 21 – 24 April, 2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing participation of Indian companies at Techtextil Frankfurt 2026 in Germany.

Details of the Exhibition are as follows:
Name: Techtextil coinciding with Texprocess
Dates: 21 to 24 April 2026
Venue: Messe Frankfurt, Germany
Timing: 10am to 6pm

About Techtextil 2026
For over 20 years, Techtextil Frankfurt has been the flagship exhibition for Technical Textiles, equipment for its processing, Nonwovens, Composites and Finished products from textiles with "smart" properties. This platform offers Indian companies access to a wide network of pre-qualified global buyers, industry experts, and decision-makers, all under one roof.

Council’s Participation at Techtextil 2024

• Over 35,000 visitors from 94 countries attended the exhibition.
• About 1,500 exhibitors from 50 Countries, including several Indian participants, showcased their products.
• Indian exhibitors reported constructive interactions with both existing and potential German and international buyers.
• Several participants received positive business inquiries, spot orders, and prospective trade leads. Some have reported that orders are currently under negotiation.
• Encouraged by the success of last edition, many Indian Exhibitors have already expressed their interest in participating again in 2026.

Visa
The Council will provide Visa Recommendation Letter to each of the Exhibitor. In case any Visa assistance is required, the Council will try to help the Participant at its best possible.

Participation Fees
We are pleased to offer you following participation fees:

1. Constructed Octanorm Booth (9 sq. m.): Rs. 5.65 lakhs
2. Non-Constructed Booth / Raw Space (9 sq. m.): Rs. 4.3 lakhs

The Application Form is enclosed herewith (Click to Open).
The above participation package includes 2 Exhibitor Badges, 50 Visitor Passes, Environmental Fees, AUMA Fees, Media Package, Company Facia, 12 Spot Lights, 1 Reception Counter, 1 Waste Bin, 1 Table, 3 Chairs, Socket, Pre-Cleaning and Carpeted floor.
All extra furniture / extra services apart from the above booth package will carry an extra charge.

Early Bird Discount
Exhibitors who have already filled their intention before 12.03.2025 directly and will be participating through MATEXIL will get the Early Bird Discount, as applicable, on the above participation fees.

Complimentary Special Promotion Package for MATEXIL Participants
The Council will be providing following Complimentary Special Promotion Package:

• On-site Slix Boxes at the Prominent Locations at the Venue Containing the Company Names, Segment, Stall no. and Logo of all the Exhibitors through our Council.
• Promotion within Advertising Campaign of Techtextil 2026 show and information support.
• Advertising mailing about Indian Companies and its members to our MATEXIL Buyer Database contacts, with active support of Consulate General of India in Frankfurt.
• In addition, the Council will also plan to marketize the Indian Exhibitors through various Displays and Panels.

Important Note
The Council has applied for Financial Assistance under the MAI scheme. However, like many other EPCs, the Council has still not received any Approval. If the above exhibition gets approved under MAI, the Council will provide suitable re-imbursements to the participants.

Application for Participation:
Exporters registered with MATEXIL (formerly SRTEPC) or other Textiles EPCs can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above event are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council”, Mumbai. The participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the bank details given below:

Withdrawal & Refund of Participation Fee:
Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal / No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited. Considering the limited availability of space, we look forward to receiving your confirmation as early as possible.
