Subject: Invitation to Participate at 21st edition of Technotextil 2025 in Moscow, Russia from September 16 - 18, 2025

Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly refer to our Circular no. TT/CIR/2025-26/01 dated May 31, 2025 on the above subject, a copy of which is reproduced below for ready reference. Circular no.
The Council has re-negotiated with the Organizer further on the participation fees and we are pleased to offer you the revised price of Rs. 3.7 lakhs for a 9 sq. m. Shell Booth.
We would once again like to share the details of the Exhibition as follows:
The Council is organizing participation of Indian companies at 21st edition of Technotextil 2025 in Russia.

Details of the Exhibition are as follows:

Timing: 10am to 6pm

About Technotextil 2025
For over 20 years, the Show has been the main specialized exhibition of technical textiles, equipment for its processing, nonwovens and finished products from textiles with "smart" properties. This platform offers Indian companies access to a wide network of pre-qualified buyers, industry experts, and decision-makers, all under one roof.

Council’s Participation at 20th Technotextil 2024
At the 20th edition of Technotextil 2024:

  • Over 5,000 visitors from 28 countries attended the exhibition.
  • More than 300 exhibitors, including several Indian participants, showcased their products.
  • Indian exhibitors reported constructive interactions with both existing and potential Russian and international buyers.
  • Several participants received positive business inquiries, spot orders, and prospective trade leads. Some have reported that orders are currently under negotiation.
  • Encouraged by their success, many Indian exhibitors have already expressed their keen interest in participating again in 2025.

Russia – India Trade Scenario

  • India’s Exports of Technical Textiles to Russia reached US$ 23.2 million during the FY 2025 from US$ 12.6 million during FY 2024, registering a growth of 84%.
  • Russia is now perceived as an Emerging Exports Destination for Indian Technical Textiles Products.
  • Russian Imports Technical Textiles to the tune of US$ 3 billion per annum from the world.
  • India represents only about 1% share of the Russia’s total Technical Textiles Imports from the world. However, the India’s exports to Russia are growing exponentially.
  • Hence, there is huge potential to increase exports of Technical Textiles from India to Russia.

Business Opportunity at Technotextil 2025
There is growing interest among Russian buyers for Indian Technical Textile products. At the 2024 edition, it was reported that the exhibitors received business orders of above Rs. 10 Crores from the Russian buyers.
This upward trend is expected to continue in 2025, making the upcoming edition an ideal opportunity for Indian exporters to enhance their footprint in the Russian market.

Participation Fees
We are pleased to offer you a participation fees of Rs. 3.7 Lakhs for a 9 sq. m. shell scheme booth with standard accessories. The Application Form is enclosed herewith (Click to Open).
The participation package (per 9 SQM) includes a maxima booth with surrounding partitions, 1.5 KW outlet and electricity daily consumption, spot light, fascia, 1 counter, 1 wastebasket, 1 table, 3 chairs, hangers / shelfs, socket and carpeted floor. All extra furniture/ extra services apart from the above booth package will carry an extra charge.

Complimentary Special Promotion Package
The Council will be providing following Complimentary Special Promotion Package:

  • Promotion within advertising campaign of Technotextil 2025 show and information support
  • Advertising mailing about Indian Pavilion and its members to our Russian Buyer database contacts, with active support of Embassy of India in Moscow
  • News about Pavilion and Pavilion Organizer in social networks of Technotextil and on the official website of the fair www.technotexil.ru
  • Logo of the pavilion on the plan at the fair and on the plan in the visitors’ guide

Important Note
The Council has applied for Financial Assistance under the MAI scheme. However, like many other EPCs, the Council has still not received any Approval. If the above exhibition gets approved under MAI, the Council will provide suitable re-imbursements to the participants.

Application for Participation:
Exporters registered with MATEXIL (formerly SRTEPC) or other Textiles EPCs can apply for participation. Members interested in participating in the above event are requested to send their duly filled in “Application Form” with participation fee by way of Demand Draft/Cheque at par in favour of “Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council”, Mumbai. The participation charge may also be sent to the Council through RTGS/NEFT transfer based on the bank details given below:

Members may please note that after allotment of booth, withdrawal / No show will not be allowed, and the amount deposited along with application will be forfeited. Considering the limited availability of space, we look forward to receiving your confirmation as early as possible.
